Exista 4 linii de tramvai in Innsbruck, cu indicativele 1, 3, 6 si STB. Traseele 1 si 3 sint trasee urbane.

Operatorul este IVB (Innsbrucker Verkehrsbetriebe und Stubaitalbahn GmbH).
Ecartamentul caii de rulare: 1000 mm
Tensiune: 600 V (cu exceptia STB, 800 V).

Dupa cum ii spune numele, traseul 6 deserveste cunoscutul loc de vacanta, Igls. Traseul tramvaiului 6 este urmatorul:
Bergisel - Bretterkeller - Tummenplatz - Schonruh - Tantegert - Aldrans - Muhlsee - Lans-Sistrans - Lansersee - Igls Bahnhof.

Exista perioade in care traseul 6 este prelungit de la Bergisel la Hauptbahnhof - Marktplatz.
In ziua vizitei mele aici, tramvaiul 6 intorcea chiar in depoul IVB (Stubaitalbahnhof), datorita unor lucrari in zona Bergisel. Dupa cum vedeti:

Iata cateva imagini cu infrastrucutura din zona statiei Lansersee. Din pacate, la data vizitei mele, tramvaiul era inlocuit de Mercedes Citaro, care mergeau doar pana la Lansersee. Se pare ca se faceau niste lucrari de intretinere.
