Oraşul Ústí nad Labem a achiziţionat în noiembrie 2011, două troleibuze ŠKODA 28Tr SOLARIS (15 metri; 6 x 2). Rezultatele bune obţinute în exploatarea lor au dus la semnarea unui nou contract, pe 6 aprile 2014, pentru achiziţionarea unui număr de 15 noi troleibuze ŠKODA 28Tr SOLARIS (15 metri; 6 x 2), urmând a fi livrate pe parcursul următorilor doi ani.

    Oraşul Ústí nad Labem. În cadrul aceluiaşi contract semnalat mai sus, pentru achiziţionarea a 15 troleibuze ŠKODA 28Tr SOLARIS, este prevăzută şi achiziţionarea a unui număr de zece troleibuze articulate ŠKODA 27Tr SOLARIS, acestea urmând a fi livrate tot pe parcursul următorilor doi ani. Contractul total este în valoare de 330 milioane koroane.
      Troleibuzele articulate ŠKODA 27Tr SOLARIS construite pentru Ústí nad Labem vor fi primele troleibuze ŠKODA articulate, cu podea joasă, ce vor avea puntea motoare centrală, adică pe prima secţiune. Au fost comandate aşa din cauza reliefului deluros dificil al oraşului, mai ales pe timp de iarnă.
        Fotografiile ce urmează sunt de prezentare şi nu reprezintă varianta pentru oraşul Ústí nad Labem (troleibuzul circula in Ostrava).
