Apus de soare în una din primele aşezări săseşti din Ardeal.

Biertanul a fost atestat documentar în anul 1283, alături de Mediaş şi Moşna.

Cel mai drag sit rural îmi este Biertanul. Pentru superba sa biserică fortificată, pentru căsuţele colorate, pentru dealuri, pentru linişte.

Chiar dacă a fost vreme mohorâtă şi eu la întrecere cu timpul, tot am reuşit să iau un răgaz de două minute, în spatele cetăţii.
