Fany ar trebui sa respecte cu strictete orarul. Dau un exemplu concret. In data de 25.01.2010 (una dintre cele mai reci zile ale anului), profesoara de geografie de la Scoala Iuliu Hatieganu (Laurentia Vaida) a trebuit sa astepte aproximativ 45 de minute in plus deoarece autobuzul care face legatura intre Cetatea Fetei (unde domiciliaza) si Cluj a plecat mai repede decat ora stabilita. Asta in conditiile in care dansa sufera de laringita cronica. Conform celor afirmate de Laurentia, nu era pentru prima data cand cursa Cetatea Fetei-Cluj pornea mai repede decat ora stabilita.
Deci, daca se invoca legea, trebuiesc avute in vedere prevederile actului normativ nr. 92 / 2007 care reglementeaza foarte clar ca transportul regulat de persoane se efectueaza dupa orar

Un alt aspect. Firma Fany are cel putin 5 autobuze articulate (CJ 15 FNY, CJ 22 FNY, CJ 23 FNY, CJ 24 FNY, CJ 27 FNY; le-am enumerat doar pe cele vazute de mine; in realitate, poate sunt cu mult mai multe). Pe Cetatea Fetei, insa, circula mai ales autobuze solo (de regula CJ 91 FNY, CJ 94 FNY, CJ 08 FNY uneori si CJ 90 FNY* si chiar CJ 67 FNY) si, dimineata, mai poate fi vazut un singur articulat: 15 FNY. Aglomeratia e la ea acasa iar tusitul pe ceafa lui din fata de asemenea.
in vara acestui an am vazut ceva la care nu ma asteptam: ruta Cluj-Cetatea Fetei a fost deservita de microbuzul CJ 83 FNY; e drept ca treaba asta am vazut-o doar o singura data, dar stiti cum e: totul are un inceput...

* deservea, o vreme, ruta Cluj-Suceagu

Pe site-ul fany.ro au aparut orarele de circulatie la rutele Cluj-Baciu si Cluj-Polus

Legat de ruta Cluj-Baciu pretul unei calatorii va fi de 3 lei, iar un abonament lunar va fi 60 lei. Orarul rutei Cluj-Baciu (operata de Fany) si cel al 31B sunt asemanatoare.

Legat de ruta Cluj-Polus (plecare de pe str. Bucium) pretul unei calatorii este 1,5 lei, iar orarul este identic cu 87B (Bucium-Polus operat de RATUC) actual. Daca vor pleca odata ambele autobuze atunci eu cred ca cursa operata de Fany nu va avea clienti.

Bineinteles ca nu au clienti spre Polus pentru 2 motive :
- nimeni nu e prost sa dea bani cand poate merge gratis :)
- nu poti compara confortul unui microbuz cu cel al unui autobuz (mai ales ca spatiu !!!)

* Valabilitatea abonamentelor lunare este din prima zi a lunii şi până în ultima zi a lunii pentru care s-a emis abonamentul.
* Valabilitatea abonamentelor săptămânale este de luni până duminică.
