Mi-am adus aminte de vremurile de glorie ale orasului in care m-am nascut. Autobuz la Platoul Cornesti, autobuze TV si Roman 112 din belsug, trasee care ajutau rutele magistrale (17 barat, 20 barat, Combinat-Piata Trandafirilor), peste 60 de trasee rapide "tip conventie", un oras frumos si linistit.

Apar autobuzele DAC 117UD, ramin doua TV-uri pe traseul 24, nu este reintrodus traseul 6, proiectul de introducere a troleibuzului in orasul cu un grad ridicat de poluare, cu bulevarde largi si rectilinii ramine ascuns.

Apar precursorii dubelor de azi, dubitele TV, folosite pe post de maxi-taxi. Culmea, plateai 4 lei pt. un loc in acvariu, fata de 1,25 lei cit costa biletul "normal".

Alba Iulia, Tirgu Mures, apoi Iasi. Orase sufocate de dube, de haos. Contract cu firme "inexistente" din Irlanda, apoi Siletina, Tatar Bela, incompatibiltate.

Din cate observ, autocarele au numar de Bucuresti, desi cred ca Siletina si Transport Local sunt firme din Mures...
La fel si autobuzele/autocarele RATC sau altor firme din Constanta/Litoral!
Am citit in Legea Transportului Local ca transportatorii nu pot utiliza decat autobuze proprii sau in leasing - ceeace nu e cazul, daca au numere definitive din Bucuresti.

Care-i explicatia cu aceste vehicule inmatriculate definitiv in Bucuresti, dar care circula bine-mersi prin alte judete?

Asa este Brassovia ai citit bine,pe de alta parte dupa cum stiu eu sint in leasing pt Siletina.De ce am presimtirea ca dupa noul program de transport judetean autocarele vor disparea din transportul urban pt ca Siletina le va folosi acolo?(au trecut si alegerile probabil de asta,iar noua ni s-au scos ochii cu mare tam-tam ca s-au adus autobuze noi cu aer conditionat,asta inanite de alegeri bla-bla)Iata cit de mult cade primaria pe burta sa ne faca transport civilizat.Nu stiu daca vreodata a fost o categorie de vehicule atit de mult reclamata si criticata -in afara de dube-,decit aceste autocare total neadecvate transportului urban......

"Numerele de leasing" de forma "jud-nn...n" sunt numere de import temporar. Daca importul este definitiv au numere definitve. Si masinile importate definitv (cu toate formalitatile vamale definitive: taxe & co) pot fi in leasing.

Banii cine-i ia? Siletina? Pai autobuzele nu sunt ale asocierii Florea (Primaria Tg. Mures, Transport local) - Tatar Bela (UDMR, Transport local) - Maior (fost Primaria Tg. Mures, Siletina)? Ba da, deci tocmai de aia :twisted:

Ne-am mai ales cu unul, numar de parc 21 respectiv numar de inmatriculare MS21TLM, un Mercedes Integro galben importat second hand pe care momentan l-au trantit pe linia 43 (un O405N titular al liniei fiind defect).

O observatie pozitiva oarecum pe langa subiect: inmatricularile autobuzelor incep sa capete o logica stabila:
- "MSnnMUN" pentru cele in proprietatea directa a primariei si date spre exploatare la TL (Iveco Crossway)
- "MSnnTLS" pentru achizitiile private ale Siletina
- "MSnnTLM" pentru autobuzele Transport Local S.A. La acestea din urma, incepand cu MAZ-urile 27-46 si inclusiv cele mai recente achizitii (Citaro, S315NF de 12m si Integro-ul mai sus amintit) numarul de parc coincide cu numarul de inmatriculare. (Excptie #45 si #46 unde 45TLM era aparent ocupat, astfel #45 a primit 46TLM, iar #46 a primit 46TML.)
