Unistil opereaza traseele 6b, 18, 27, 29, 44, 121. Au operat si traseul 19, care a fost (re)preluat de R.A.T.P. Iasi. Deasemenea, mai au 4 ture pe linia 41 (la orele de varf).

6b. Dacia - Gara - Breazu (dube)
18. Pacurari - Tatarasi Sud (dube)
27. C.U.G. 2 - Tatarasi Sud (autobuze)
29. Tomesti - Baza 3 - Pod Ros (autobuze)
44. C.U.G. 2 - Piata Dacia (autobuze)
121. Dacia - Pod Ros - Tatarasi Sud (autobuze si dube)

Parcul lor cuprinde multe tipuri de autobuze 2nd hand.
De exemplu, aceste MAN-uri articulate aduse din Koln:
